How a Virginia injury claim works

2. Investigation. Police reports, photographs, video before it is overwritten, witness accounts and the vehicle or scene evidence.
3. Medical documentation. Your records and bills, and what the treatment ahead is likely to cost.
4. The demand. We present the claim to the insurer with the evidence behind it, and tell you what an offer is really worth.
5. Suit, if it comes to that. If the offer is not fair, we file in the right Virginia court and pursue it there.

Two Virginia rules that decide cases
